Beaucoup de choses ont chang\u00e9 depuis, sp\u00e9cialement <strong>notre \u00e9volution continue passant d&rsquo;une industrie \u00e0 une profession. \u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"base-section\"><div class=\"container\">\n<p>L\u2019AAINB co-r\u00e9glemente la profession en partenariat avec la Division des services financiers et des services aux consommateurs de la province du Nouveau-Brunswick. En tant qu\u2019autor\u00e9gulateur, la protection du public est notre t\u00e2che la plus importante. C\u2019est \u00e9galement dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de notre profession : lorsque nous le faisons bien avec des outils modernes et appropri\u00e9s, les agents immobiliers inspirent confiance et respect.<strong> Si nous le faisons mal, la confiance et le respect envers nos membres sont perdus et notre profession risque de perdre enti\u00e8rement son droit \u00e0 l\u2019autor\u00e9glementation. \u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"base-section\"><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Au cours de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, et sous la direction d&rsquo;un conseiller juridique, l&rsquo;AAINB a effectu\u00e9 des recherches sur les <strong>meilleures pratiques<\/strong> d&rsquo;autres professions autor\u00e9glement\u00e9es et a r\u00e9dig\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de recommandations bas\u00e9es sur ces recherches. M\u00eame si la mise \u00e0 jour de la Loi doit \u00eatre faite rapidement, il est plus <strong>important qu\u2019elle soit faite correctement. <\/strong>L\u2019AAINB adopte une approche approfondie et <strong>transparente<\/strong>, \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape, pour partager le travail \u00e0 mesure qu\u2019il \u00e9volue et <strong>inviter des commentaires<\/strong> \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du
