Comp\u00e9tence. D\u00e9vouement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"base-section\"><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Les obligations \u00e9thiques des courtiers et agents immobiliers membres de l\u2019ACI doivent \u00eatre fond\u00e9es sur ces valeurs fondamentales. En \u00e9tablissant de rigoureuses normes de conduite professionnelle, le Code de conduite des membres de l\u2019ACI contribue \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les droits et les int\u00e9r\u00eats des Canadiens.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"base-section\"><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Le premier Code a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9 en 1913. Depuis, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreuses reprises pour suivre l\u2019\u00e9volution du march\u00e9 de l\u2019immobilier, des besoins des propri\u00e9taires ainsi que des perceptions et des valeurs de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"base-section\"><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Le Code de conduite des membres de l\u2019ACI \u00e9tablit la norme de conduite qui, \u00e0 bien des \u00e9gards, va au-del\u00e0 des exigences de la loi. Cette norme assure la protection des droits et des int\u00e9r\u00eats des consommateurs de services immobiliers. Le respect du Code est une condition d\u2019adh\u00e9sion des membres de l\u2019ACI et toute infraction au Code peut entra\u00eener de lourdes cons\u00e9quences.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"base-section\"><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Bien que les obligations en vertu du Code de conduite des membres de l\u2019ACI puissent \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles pr\u00e9vues par la loi, dans le cas d\u2019un conflit entre le Code de conduite des membres de l\u2019ACI et la loi, la pr\u00e9s\u00e9ance est accord\u00e9e aux obligations \u00e9tablies par la loi. Au Nouveau-Brunswick, il incombe \u00e0 l&rsquo;Association des agents immobiliers du Nouveau-Brunswick (AAINB) de veiller \u00e0 ce que ceux qui sont inscrits pour exercer des activit\u00e9s immobili\u00e8res dans notre province respectent le Code.
