Steps to become a REALTOR® in NB

Step 1:

Introduction to a Career in Real Estate
*Online course through NBCC Saint John ($200 + HST)

Step 2:

Register for the Salesperson’s
Pre-Licensing Education Course
*Self-study course/ $2,600 + HST ($2,990)

Step 3:

Complete the Pre-Licensing Education Course
*register to take the exam

Step 4:

Pass the Exam (>75%) and become licensed

Step 5:

License / Membership Maintenance
*Complete mandatory continuing education each year
